When I’m in a rush or I don’t feel like eating egg whites or oatmeal to start my day (protein is very important especially in the morning), I always make a smoothie. Today I decided to blend fresh kale, spanish, lemon, cucumber, celery, aloe vera juice, and an apple. I also added chia seeds to increase protein and omega 3’s.

Candidato Oro is one of my favorite cheap red wines from Spain. It sells for only $7.75 a bottle at the LCBO. I highly recommend it over other cheap selections like Fuzion from Argentina.
